Avidicure Privacy Statement

1. Introduction

This Privacy Statement of Avidicure B.V. (herein “Avidicure,” “we,” or “us”) explains how we collect, use and disclose (together “process”) Personal Data (as defined below) about (i) website visitors, and (ii) other individuals we work with, including consultants and business partners (each such person a “Data Subject” or “you”).

“Personal Data” means any information that relates to a Data Subject and which directly or indirectly identifies him/her.

In some situations, we may have a separate agreement or relationship with you with respect to a specific type of processing of your data. This Privacy Statement does not supersede or alter the terms of any contracts we enter into with persons or entities doing business with us.

This Privacy Statement is organized according to the different roles in which you can be in contact with us. If you are for instance a website visitor, you can read in paragraph 3.1 which Personal Data is processed within the scope of a website visit, why and to which parties we disclose your Personal Data and how long we retain your Personal Data.

  • Access: You have the right to request a copy of your Personal Data that are processed by or on behalf of Avidicure. We can perform this request for you when we are able to identify you.   • Other rights: Where appropriate and where we are able to identify you, you also have the following rights:
    • Request rectification or completion of your Personal Data.
    • Request restriction of processing.
    • Request deletion, unless legal reasons require retention.
    • Request a machine-readable copy of your Personal Data and have it transferred to a third party.
    • Object to processing based on specific reasons.
    • Withdraw consent at any time.

3.1 You are a website visitor of Avidicure

3.1.1 Which Personal Data do we process about you and why?

  • IP address and mobile device ID — to calculate usage levels, diagnose server problems and administer our website.
  • Other information submitted via online contact form — to respond to inquiries and fulfill requests.

These activities are conducted with your consent and/or based on our legitimate interest in improving the website and communicating with visitors.

3.1.3 How long are my Personal Data stored?
